Project overview

20221018_102706.jpg

Yogi Treasure is a short movie scene created using Unreal Virtual Production. So we made the sequence in the engine and implemented it on the XR stage to observe how the scene looked. We also adjusted the LED volume based on the project file to minimize LED volume.

Shortlist of sequence

We created a list of shots that needed to be in the sequencer to make it easier to break out during rendering.

Meta Human Creation

First we create metahuman to make planed sequence in unreal

Second, we imported the metahuman into Unreal Engine and created the skeleton mesh.

Using the AR kit live link, this blueprint shows how we got all skeleton meshes together.

 Maximo Animation convertion

Following that, we used Adobe Maxio to create an animation based on the character in the sequencer. And then transform the animation using the Maximo Animation Converter, and finally import that root motion into Unreal.

Work In progress of cinematic sequencer

Screenshot 2024-09-29 172232.png

We began to create cinematic sequences with the help of cameras, different kinds of cameras, cranes, and dollies to produce ideal shot renders in camera.

Then we created a four-level sequence based on the shortlist, rendered it as a PNG sequence, and imported it into Adobe Premiere to create the finished video.
